Monsoon rains have come this year with special ferocity, causing death and extreme flooding in Myanmar, India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan in the aftermath of Cyclone Komen. Our staff are reporting multiple areas of damage in their countries.

World Vision is mobilising staff and resources to assist communities impacted by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake, which hit Nepal today, Saturday April 25th. At this time there are reports of around 700 deaths. Aftershocks are continuing.
