Myanmar - Educate children on landmine safety
At least 115 children have been killed by landmines or unexploded ordnance (UXO) since the military coup in Rakhine state, Myanmar. As children are smaller in size, they are likely to experience the full impact of the blast and are likely to suffer more serious injuries, or even death. Unknowing children have been known to pick up and play with explosives, sometimes even bringing them home. You can ensure the innocent lives of children are not lost by educating and training them to identify dangerous landmines.
