Vietnam - Income support for COVID-19-affected families

Families are still reeling from the effects of the pandemic. The most vulnerable are those involved in informal work or day labourers who have been laid off and small businesses or famers who have depleted their savings. Empowering badly affected families with livelihood skills and support will boost their income and refuel their hope.
