Safe drinking water for 1,600 children in 4 rural schools

Access to clean water remains low in the mountainous district of Nam Giang, Vietnam. The rugged terrain makes it difficult to extend reliable water supply systems, and as a result, nearly 20% of children under five suffer from regular diarrhea caused by waterborne diseases. Without it, waterborne illnesses like diarrhea and parasitic infections become common, keeping children away from class and behind in their learning.
