A month of nutritious school meals for 10 children

For many children, the meal they get at school is the only meal they can count on all day. Without it, hunger makes it hard to focus, and eventually, hard to continue to go to school.

School meals give children the vitamins, protein, and energy their growing bodies need, along with a reason to be in school. Attendance improves. Concentration improves. Dropout rates fall. For girls especially, staying in school can mean staying safe from early marriage. It also lightens the load on struggling families, and supports the local farmers who help grow what's on the plate.

With your support, we seek to provide 1,000 children in Cambodia and Zambia with school meals for one year.
