Executive, Marketing Communications (6-months contract, Jan - June 2027)

The Marketing & Communications team helps our supporters connect with World Vision’s work through the impact stories of the children and communities we serve. The team develops content for social media and other digital marketing platforms, supports outreach campaigns and events, and prepares impact reports that help donors understand what their support has made possible and take meaningful action. Through this work, we strengthen awareness of World Vision and deepen engagement with sponsors and donors.

We are looking for a temporary executive for six months to support our content creation and copywriting for blogs, emails and social media channels. 

• Create engaging video, visual, social media and blog content that brings stories of impact and stories of children to life, inspiring potential sponsors to partner World Vision.
• Prepare clear and engaging mass donor impact reports to provide supporters with programme updates, results and stories that effectively communicates the difference their contributions have made.
• Work with internal teams to gather information, images and stories of the impact on children and communities.
• Assist in coordinating outreach events to ensure smooth operations and meaningful participant experiences.
• Support other campaigns and initiatives that advance World Vision’s work with children and communities.

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Design or a related discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt content for social media, reports and different audiences.
• Experience creating social media content, copywriting and visual storytelling
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Canva or CapCut; experience with Adobe Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or other editing software is an advantage.
• Ability to project manage the content deliverables and meet assigned deadlines.
