SamOeurn is a third-year undergraduate, doing an Information Technology degree in Phnom Penh City, and stands tall among as peers,  because while most children from farming families never make it to the tertiary level, he become quite the exception, excelling his way to university. Easing the life of a struggling family

11 year-old Boldbaatar was once sickly, and unable to attend school or have enough to eat. Today, his life has changed, because of the World Vision’s Child Sponsorship Programme.
