Break the Cycle of Malnutrition in Nepal

Support Nutrition and Development Project to strengthen maternal and child health

Malnutrition is a cycle that is passed down from generation to generation. Pregnant women who are malnourished tend to give birth to infants with low birth weight, which gives rise to other health complications. Children with malnutrition also face possible delays in development. Break the cycle of malnutrition by establishing health mother groups, conducting growth monitoring, rehabilitating malnourished children, and building health clinics and washing facilities.
