This July 2023, we'll be heading to Ende, Indonesia!  

Travel to the Southern Coast of Flores Island with us and discover the wonderful impact Child Sponsorship has made on Ende’s children and communities.   

Take part in a child forum and see how children learn to voice for their rights, witness how healthcare programmes are changing lives and spend time with your sponsored children and their families.

Trip Details:  

No of Pax: 10 Pax  
Date: 16-23 July 2023   
Trip Fee: SGD860 (covers land transport, accommodation and food)  
Destination: Ende, Indonesia   

Day 1: Travel from Singapore to Ende via Jakarta   

Day 2: Arrival in Ende + Area Programme Briefing   

Day 3: 
- Meet sponsored children and their families  
- Lunch + games together  
- Attend Child Forum to learn how children are voicing their rights  
  

Day 4:  
- Participate in an integrated healthcare programme  
- Visit a nutrition garden and prepare meals with families   
  

Day 5:   
- Visit a sanitation and water project   
- Visit local families and learn more about their living environment   
 
Day 6 :  
- Visit a local primary school and interact with students  

Day 7: Travel from Ende back to Singapore via Jakarta

Kindly note that flights, travel insurance and social-cultural visa fee are excluded from the trip cost.   
 
Flights and travel insurance are to be purchased by the tripper individually.   
 
There will be a compulsory pre-trip briefing on 23 May 2023 over ZOOM for all participants. 
 
More information about the social-cultural visa application will be shared during the trip briefing upon trip slot confirmation. The e-visa application fee is approximately USD135 and will be payable in rupiah at the AP office after receipt of the e-visa.  
 
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your trip slot is confirmed upon payment of the trip fee.
