A highly successful way to add value to your brand and corporate image and usually includes activities that are based on the purchase of a specific product.  This program links the World Vision brand goodwill with a particular organization or product and proves highly successful as consumers often want more than just a product which meets their basic needs.  If, by purchasing a particular brand the consumer can support a cause he or she believes in, that brand wins a crucial advantage.

When the product and the cause are complementary, then the company, the consumer and the cause gain from the partnership.
