Hailed the “twin disasters” of 2008, the Cyclone Nargis of Myanmar and the Sichuan Earthquake of China have changed millions of lives forever.

World Vision Singapore responded to both disasters with the donations from its supporters. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, over $1,000,000 was raised to assist the victims of the Cyclone Nargis while some $243,000 was raised for those of the Sichuan Earthquake to aid in both the relief and rehabilitation efforts.
