Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a child refugee? Or, being the bread winner of the family at the tender age of seven?
Can you imagine what it is like to be a child orphaned by HIV/AIDS, and left to fend for yourself and your younger siblings?
Yet, there are many children in such difficult circumstances worldwide – trafficked into an unknown land and forced into cheap labour, or orphaned by HIV/AIDS, and left with no means or money to fend for themselves and their younger siblings.
World Vision invites you to join us for an evening of sharing, as we bring you two very special guests.
Hear from an 11-year-old boy as he gives his testimony on what is like to be orphaned and living with HIV/AIDS, while a former child refugee turned World Vision staff will share her story, and those of many suffering children she’s helping now.
Hear them relate first-hand the struggles they’ve faced and overcome, and find out how you can make a difference in the lives of Children in Crisis!
